Special Events

The Confirmed and Wait Lists have been updated and posted to the Metro Seniors web site.

Special Events are reserved for the dates shown in the schedule. Please use these dates to save on your calendar and to begin putting together your teams. A course for the August date has not yet been booked as Whittaker has priced us out of Whitmoor ($100+ and 180 players). We still need confirmed pricing from Missouri Bluffs and Sunset Hill as most courses have been slower to commit this year. We still plan to open the events for on-line and US Mail sign-up starting at 6:00 PM on 1 February 2022.

The 2021 Metro Seniors Championship was held yesterday, 21 September, at Pevely Farms GC. It was a wet and soggy day but everyone finished. The round was followed by a lunch inside thanks to the course. It was getting a little windy and chilly by the time everyone finished.

This was a Team Gross Score event with no handicap. And four flights were assigned after the event was completed. Team Handicaps were used to break all ties.

We got started on time but spent the first 4 holes in a torrential downpour. But the sun came out, it got hot, and we had a great time. Whitmoor CC provided their normal great lunch.
