New Championship Standings are now posted for YTD as of Week 16 (July 29th)

The link to see the Championship Standings can be found on the Metro Seniors “Home Page” at golfstlseniors.org/. Below the heading Metro Seniors Championship Tournament click the link that says “CLICK HERE” for quick view of Standings”.

Note: A new category has been added to the Standings. Hi-lighted in red is a category of NER-TY. This stands for Not Eligible due to not enough round played this year. There are only 4 rounds left to play before the league reaches the 20 Week specification for Championship qualification. As it stands right now anyone with 7 or fewer rounds played this year will not reach the minimum of 12 rounds played during the qualification period.

Please review the report and if you think their might be an error in your eligibility or # of rounds played please let me know.

2022 Best Ball Special Event Results

The results for the Best Ball Special Event held on 11 July at Cardinal Creek GC, Scott AFB have been posted to the Metro Seniors web site. You can see the results here.

We had a perfect day for golf yesterday. Cardinal Creek was in great shape. We did have a little bit of standing water on the back 9. We had a great group of teams and everyone had a good time. Pace of Play was excellent, completing in around 4 1/2 hours. The lunch after the round was very good. And we got to see some neat USAF airplanes taking off and landing.

Thanks to everyone that participated.
