The Handicap Committee completed the review of the 2024 season schedule and has updated the courses, tee and ratings.
We maintained the tee selection criteria for the 2024 season.
- 3 tees for men, 1 tee for women
- Yardage guidelines
- Forward about 5000 yard (4500 to 5300)
- Middle about 5500 yards (5000 to 6000)
- Back about 6000 yards (5700 to 6500)
- Women use the same Forward Tee as men
- Regular course maintained tees (no mixed or combo tees)
- All par 3 holes will be included in CTP prizes
Maximum Score to record for every hole is “QUAD Bogey” or 4 strokes over par (7 on a par 3, 8 on a par 4 and 9 on a par 5)
Revisions made for 2024 Season
- Added Cardinal Creek, eliminated Sugar Creek
- Added missing Womens tee
- Updated tee ratings and slope to current USGA
- Unrated Men’s tees use USGA estimate system
- Lockhaven and Quai Creek use scorecard data (errors in USGA)
- Updated other course statistics as needed (yardage, hole handicap)
- Updated in GLUS by season start

Excellent communication. Thanks to the Handicap Committee for the meticulous work in putting this together. Handicaps are what makes this league different and superior to other golf leagues – so thanks again for the conscientious detailed work.
